Hop Valley - Hop House

Insight:
It seems as if lately, decking out your Airbnb, creating a brand, and erupting on Instagram as that “we need to stay there” place is becoming a trend. What if every time you checked in to a cabin/cottage style Airbnb, you were greeted with a 6 pack of Hop Valley? Upon the guests arrival, they’d be greeted with a case of Hop Valley beer for their stay, along with a table tent talking about the Hop Valley brand, and a message to upload a photo to social of the guests enjoying their beer, with the hashtag #HopValleyHopHouse for a chance to win monthly giveaways - Hop Valley cooler full of beer, swag, etc.
Solution:
For Hop Valley, it’s a chance to put our beer on the map. All summer long Canadians are seeking out those waterfront views, a place to spend a few nights away from the chaos, and enjoy a beer on a dock. What’s the best place to do that? The cottage. Not everybody has a cottage (actually, only 8% of Canadians own one…) So this is our chance to greet every new guest, with a beer on us, give them some details on who we are, and spark some user generated content. Finding availability in these ‘Insta-Famous’ rentals is damn near impossible, which means every few days - a new group of people holding a Hop Valley can. For the host, it’s a chance to put their rental on the map. Hop Valley could host a section on the website showcasing all of our different “Hop House” partners. It’s simple, book one of our Hop Houses, score yourself a free case of beer. Anyone who’s greeted me with a case of beer is automatically getting a 5-Star review. Win-Win!
